Hosted, not per‑guest: you book, and magnets are free to every guest. The press runs unlimited for your whole window, and guests can grab a copy for everyone in the photo.

How booking works

Hold it with a deposit
A 30% deposit books the date and comes off your total. We invoice the deposit, then the balance the week of the event.
We arrive and set up
Tables, tent, props and power come with us. All we need is about 10 × 10 feet, indoors or out — another 10 × 10 if you add the Backdrop Bar.
Guests shoot and print
Photos taken at the bar or pulled off a phone, pressed and handed over in a couple of minutes.
Short on magnets at the end of the night? We press the rest at the studio and mail them — you cover shipping.

Add the Backdrop Bar
A second station with a backdrop and a props table, staffed alongside the press, in its own 10 × 10 ft space. Ask for it on the booking form, then pick your setup from the collection.

You pick one shape and size for your event. Running both presses doesn't change how many magnets are promised — it gives guests a choice of shape for where their photo sits. The rectangle has been the favorite.

The first 50 miles from Boonville are included. Anything beyond that is quoted before you book — no surprises.
What we need from you
Have these to hand when you fill in the booking form.
- 1 Date and time window — Including when you want the press actually running.
- 2 Venue and address — So we can check travel and where the station goes.
- 3 Rough guest count — It points you at the right package — an estimate is fine.
- 4 Any branding — A monogram, names and date, or a logo to print on the magnet face.

How do I book?

Do guests pay?
Never. You book the hours, and every magnet that comes off the press that night is free to your guests.
What we need on site
A flat 10 × 10 ft space, plus another 10 × 10 if you add the Backdrop Bar. We bring our own tent and power, so an outlet within reach is appreciated but not necessary.
How far ahead to book
Weekends in wedding season go first. Send your date as early as you have it — we’ll tell you what’s still open.
Can we change the guest count?
Up to the week of the event. Packages are sized by hours, so a bigger crowd usually just means a longer window.
Can I pay over time?
Yes — invoices go out through Stripe, so Klarna and Affirm are options at checkout. The deposit can be split the same way.
